Entry in 2025

Applications open online on Tuesday 2 July 2024 and close at midday on Monday 30 September, 2024.

If you are a Guaranteed Applicant, you will automatically receive a place once you have submitted your application.

If you are an Open Applicant, we will email you after 3pm on Wednesday 2 October 2024, or you can login to your online applicant account.

Please note that the offer at this stage does not guarantee a place on particular courses.  Study programmes will be finalised at enrolment and will depend on course availability, estimated student demand based on data gathered from admission interviews, and your GCSE final grades.

Guaranteed Applicant

A Guaranteed Applicant is a student who meets one of the following criteria:

• Resident in postcode areas KT6, KT7, KT8 and KT10
• Students studying at state schools without a sixth form entry in NE Surrey and the London Boroughs of Richmond, Kingston and Merton
• Siblings of current or previous students

Open Applicant

If you don’t meet the criteria for a Guaranteed Applicant, you will be an Open Applicant.

Open Applicants will be offered a place using a ballot system. Once available places have been filled, a number of Open Applicants will be placed on a reserve list and any remaining applications may be unsuccessful.

The minimum entry requirement is five GCSEs at 9-4, but some courses may require you to get higher grades. It is important to get at least a Grade 4 in English Language and Maths.

Please note that the absence of GCSE English Language at Grade 4 will significantly restrict your study programme options.

Applications strictly close at midday Monday 30 September 2024.

In cases where exceptional personal or medical issues exist, extenuating circumstances will be taken into account when considering unsuccessful applications.
