DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR – MATHS & SCIENCE
Full Time – Permanent
Applications are invited from teaching professionals to join the senior management team of the College to lead the Maths and Science Division on all matters concerning the quality of provision and the development of teaching and learning. Whilst experience of managing an aspect of the activity outlined in the Job Description may be an advantage, appointing the “right person” is as important as a specific experience base. We are seeking an individual with the potential to take up this rewarding leadership role. Above all, the successful candidate will be dynamic, progressive, questioning and reflective, as well as a committed and successful teacher.
Starting salary £60,378 per annum, inclusive of fringe area allowance (pay award pending).Within the salary range for this position, there will be opportunities for two points of pay progression on the leadership pay spine.
