We are looking for a HR Adviser to provide administration support to the HR team at Esher Sixth Form College. Reporting into the HR Director you will enable the team to deliver a first-class HR partnering service to the leadership team and wider employee population, ensuring we attract, retain, engage, and develop our people.

Providing first line, timely advice to our college employee community, in line with our values, on college policy and processes, you will have an open and curious mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement for the HR department.

You will be involved in all stages of the employee life cycle including the recruitment, selection and onboarding of best-in-class teaching and support staff, payroll and pensions, absence management, employee relations, well-being and development.

The post is part time term time + 2 weeks (41 weeks) (25 hours/week), and available to commence ASAP. Salary £28,149(FTE) (Actual Salary, £17,604.39) inclusive of fringe area allowance.
